Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester, who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their Mixed-Use team.

This is a great opportunity for a developing Architect to gain further experience working on large-scale mixed-use schemes, within a supportive and well-structured studio environment, with exposure to client-facing responsibilities and job running under Director support.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
• Assist in the production and coordination of technical drawing packages across project stages
• Support the preparation of building regulations and construction information
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams under senior guidance
• Assist with planning applications and building control submissions
• Support job running and technical delivery with initial support from the Director
• Attend client meetings and assist with client-facing responsibilities
• Help ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards

Key Requirements for this Architect role:
• Minimum 3 years PQE working as an Architect within a UK practice
• Revit skills to a high standard
• AutoCAD skills to a medium standard
• Footprinting experience, ideally within retail or schemes involving car parking
• Strong technical delivery and job running skills (with Director support)
• Experience working with Workspace / database systems
• Confident communicator with client-facing exposure
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with a desire to take ownership of a significant proportion of mixed-use work and progress within the practice
