Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housebuilding business. This is a multi-tasking role that is integral to the business function, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior management, buyers, and engineering contractors.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cost control and contractual obligations across multiple construction projects
* Conduct monthly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Work closely with senior management, buyers, and contractors to monitor budgets, forecasts, and procurement processes
* Use COINS system to track costs, commitments, and payments
* Assist in project planning, valuation, and reporting to maintain financial oversight
* Ensure all work complies with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
✅ Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within housebuilding or construction
* Experience of engineering, highways and ground investigation
* Strong knowledge of COINS system or similar construction accounting software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
