We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading national children’s residential care provider for a Team Leader to join one of their homes.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader looking for progression, stability, and a strong benefits package.
What’s on offer
£35,400 – £42,664 basic salary
Sleep-ins paid at £80 (up to £2,880 per year)
Attendance bonus up to £1,400
£2,000 regional + £1,500 responsibility allowance

The role
Lead and support a team of residential staff
Ensure a safe, stable environment for young people
Support care plans and day-to-day running of the home
Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
Requirements
Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
Experience in children’s residential care
Previous Senior Support Worker or Team Leader experience
Strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting young people
