An engineering-led organisation is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its Quality function and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO17025, and lead all audit, supplier quality, and non-conformance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality team

Own and improve the QMS and audit processes
*
Manage supplier quality and performance
*
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
*
Support production and engineering with quality and compliance
*
Report Quality KPIs to senior leadership
About You
*
Proven Quality Management experience in engineering/manufacturing
*
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO17025
*
Leadership experience with a hands-on approach
*
Skilled in audits, RCA, and continuous improvement
