An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Manager to join a fast-paced, specialist manufacturing business operating across moulding, chrome plating, paint and assembly.

You will take full ownership of programmes from award through to production, ensuring delivery against customer and internal milestones while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage programmes end-to-end from award to manufacturing handover

*

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope

*

Act as the main customer interface, managing expectations and communication

*

Provide clear updates on programme status, risks, and key decisions

*

Support new business activities, ensuring feasibility and operational readiness

*

Attend customer sites to support builds and programme reviews

Requirements:

Proven Program/Project Management experience within manufacturing

*

Strong stakeholder and customer management skills

*

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

*

Commercial awareness with exposure to new project feasibility

*

Highly organised, resilient, and delivery-focused
