A leading 3PL logistics and distribution company is recruiting a Warehouse Operative / Team Leader with forklift experience to join its warehouse team in Swindon.
Duties Include:
*
Warehouse operations including goods in / goods out
*
Order checking, picking, and dispatch
*
Completion of warehouse documentation
*
Performing quality control (QC) checks
*
Maintaining health & safety standards
*
Reporting damaged or non-conforming goods
*
Operating MHE / forklift trucks
*
Supporting warehouse team leadership
Essential Skills & Experience:
*
Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Flexi)
*
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution
*
Knowledge of H&S and safe systems of work
*
Experience using warehouse systems / WMS
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
