The Opportunity
Academics are recruiting for a motivated and caring ASD Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Basingstoke. This role offers a fantastic chance for an ASD Teaching Assistant to take on a meaningful position supporting a child on a 1:1 basis and contributing to their overall development.
Role Responsibilities
Provide dedicated 1:1 support as an ASD Teaching Assistant for a pupil with mild ASD
Observe, track, and report on the pupil's academic and social progress
Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting inclusivity and equal learning opportunities
Encourage engagement, independence, and interaction with peersWhat We're Looking For
