Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate travel accounts and complex international bookings (air, hotel, rail)
Handle bookings from enquiry through to ticketing and invoicing
Provide proactive travel advice and identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage fares, ticketing, and refunds accurately
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience
GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo also considered)
Strong fares and ticketing expertise
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
