Rate: £24 per hour CIS We are currently searching for a Site Manager who specialises in Hard & Soft Landscaping package delivery for an iconic project in London. The package will include a range of works from groundworks, levelling, paving, kerbing, planter installation, walkways, cycle routes and other public realm works.
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, lead the delivery of the Landscaping package, with support from 2 Supervisors
Ensure Health & Safety standards are being upheld throughout the site
Hold daily briefs, toolbox talks and progress meetings
Ensure accurate documentation is being produced and reported accordingly
Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maintain efficient site progress
Managing site logistics, including deliveries, storage of materials and effective use of plant and equipment Required:
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
