🔧 The Role
As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in producing intricate, high‑accuracy components using a range of modern CNC milling machines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Working confidently with Heidenhain, Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
- Manufacturing components to ultra‑tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
- Carrying out in‑process quality checks
- Working closely with engineers and production teams to maintain high standards
💼 What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Milling)
- Strong knowledge of Heidenhain, Mazatrol or Fanuc machine controls
- Solid understanding of precision machining and aerospace tolerances
- Ability to work from detailed technical drawings
- Quality‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail
🕒 Shift Options (Permanent Contracts)
Day Shift:
Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
4‑Day Shift Pattern:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 00:00 (Midnight)
