As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom

* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored support strategies
* Encourage positive engagement, independence, and resilience
* Help create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
