Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Planning and leading engaging sessions, including arts and crafts, therapeutic activities, and life skills

Maintaining high expectations while providing consistent, nurturing support
Working as part of a close team to follow a bespoke educational approach

Training in the setting's specialist approach
    Free on-site parking
    Lunch provided daily

A supportive environment where staff development is valued

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND and/or behavioural needs
A full, clean UK driving licence
Willingness to transport students (insurance and mileage reimbursement provided)
A positive, proactive attitude and openness to learning new approaches
Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive team
