Job Description

People Dynamix Education are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to support schools across the Manchester area.

This role is key to ensuring school sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Opening/closing the site daily

Carrying out maintenance and minor repairs

Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the premises

Supporting school events and room setups

Reporting and managing site issues

Working alongside school staff and external contractors

Requirements

Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role (essential)

Strong understanding of health & safety

Practical, hands-on approach

Good communication skills

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
