    Job Title: Telephone Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

    Location: Newhaven, East Sussex (Office Based)

    Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 (Pro Rata, depending on experience)

    Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

    The Role

    We are looking for a Telephone Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join our Newhaven office.

    You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, playing a key role in converting leads into booked consultations, while also supporting the team with general administration.

    This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and enjoys speaking with people.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries

    * Qualifying leads and booking appointments (calls/site visits)

    * Responding to emails and managing general correspondence

    * Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

    * Following up with enquiries and warm leads

    * Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

    Requirements

    * Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

    * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    * Confident using email, Microsoft Office, and basic systems

    * Positive, proactive attitude

    * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Desirable (Not Essential)

    * Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales

    * Experience in construction, property, or design sectors
