How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    PCB Assembler – Through-Hole Electronics

    We are looking for a skilled PCB Assembler to join our busy electronics production team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing high-quality electronic assemblies.

    As a PCB Assembler, you will be responsible for through-hole soldering and the assembly of a variety of electronic products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure all assemblies meet strict quality standards and are completed on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Assemble electronic products according to design specifications

    * Perform high-quality through-hole soldering on PCBs

    * Interpret manufacturing documentation and assembly instructions

    * Maintain excellent quality standards across all work

    * Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy

    Skills & Experience

    * Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing

    * Strong soldering skills and meticulous attention to detail

    * Good understanding of assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions

    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    * Commitment to producing high-quality work consistently

    Hours

    * Full-time, 40 hours per week

    * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (30 min lunch)

    * Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (no lunch)

    Salary

    * Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
