What You'll Be Doing

Owning your vertical market specialism within software engineering across the Manchester markets
Building out your desk through warm client relationships, live vacancies, headhunting and strategic new business development
Working an exclusive, committed client with trust, partnership, and real long‑term opportunity
Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment across C#, .NET and related engineering roles
Working closely with experienced leaders who will help you shape your desk, your strategy, and your long-term development
Collaborating with a high-performing, friendly team known for delivering quality at pace
Adding value: market insight, account growth, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solvingWhat We're Looking For

Confident in communication and able to build instant rapport
Commercially sharp, with strong judgement, curiosity and drive

Experienced as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, OR a Resourcer with strong sales ability looking for progression
