What We're Looking For:
Qualified HLTA status or significant experience in a similar role
Proven ability to lead whole-class sessions in the absence of a teacher
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
SEN experience desirable, with the ability to support pupils with additional needs
Confident behaviour management and organisational skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
