Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 basic • OTE £68,000 - £72,000

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
* Dismantling accident-damaged vehicles methodically and safely
* Rebuilding vehicles to manufacturer and company standards
* Carrying out mechanical repairs on a wide range of makes and models
* Ensuring all repairs meet safety, quality and customer expectations
* Working efficiently while maintaining a right-first-time approach
* Using your initiative to solve problems and support the wider bodyshop team
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as an MET Technician within a busy bodyshop environment
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
* ATA accreditation or working towards it preferred
* Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
* Confident working on multiple vehicle brands and models
* High attention to detail with a genuine passion for quality repairs
* Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
