How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Who we are?

At 360 Supported Living, building trust is central to everything we do. We support children and young people by creating safe, consistent, and trauma-informed environments where they feel understood, protected, and supported to grow.

Establishing trust is the first step in helping young people build healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Our services are aligned with statutory bodies and designed to meet both immediate needs and long-term outcomes. Through safeguarding-led, relationship-based support, we prioritise emotional wellbeing, stability, and resilience.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the Restraint Reduction Network, reflecting our commitment to regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and reducing restrictive practices wherever possible.

By creating safe and trusting spaces, we empower young people to move forward knowing they are heard, respected

    What You’ll Do

    * Positively manage challenging behaviour and situations.

    * Support young people in developing life skills and integrating into their community.

    * Escort and support young people in community activities and appointments.

    * Attend meetings and share feedback on each young person’s progress.

    * Complete accurate records and reports in line with policy.

    * Safeguard young people and manage risk effectively.

    * Support physical health monitoring and daily routines.

    * Help organise stimulating activities and weekly plans.

    * Empower young people to reach their full potential.

    * Ongoing training and development opportunities.

    * A strong culture of teamwork and mutual support.

    Requirements

    * Minimum 12 months’ experience working as a children’s and adults’ support worker in the UK.

    * Strong understanding of complex mental health needs.
