Job description:
We are seeking Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and familiar working on commercial sites. Is confident with standard labourer duties, all while ensuring health, safety and efficiency on a large scale commercial build.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations on a commercial construction site.
Carry out general labouring tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain site cleanliness by clearing debris and waste materials.
Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, or builders) with their duties.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
Operate basic construction equipment under supervision when required.
Prepare and set up construction areas, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.
Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Report any health, safety, or equipment issues immediately to the site supervisor. Support the construction team in meeting deadlines by providing assistance wherever needed.
Ensure materials and tools are organized and stored safely.

Physical strength and dexterity: Capable of handling heavy equipment and materials safely and with precision.
Basic technical knowledge: Familiarity with the tools and materials commonly used on construction sites.Qualifications required:
Must be able to pass a D&A test.
In date DBS or agree to one being actioned
CSCS Card (Green minimum)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven right to live and work in the UK
Fluent in English
