The studio works across the UK on a range of residential and mixed-use schemes, placing emphasis on high-quality, well-articulated masterplans and urban design frameworks. You'll be closely involved in early-stage site analysis, conceptual design, and visioning through to illustrative masterplans and detailed documentation.
What Were Looking For:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Urban Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the UK.
- Strong UK-based residential and masterplanning experience.
- A design-led mindset - were looking for a true urban designer, not just a layout technician.
- Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outline masterplanning, concept development, and vision documents.
- Some experience in residential layout design is desirable, but not essential.
Software:
- Adobe Creative Suite (essential).
- Vectorworks (desirable).
