What's on offer for an Aircraft Fitter:
* £17.44 per hour
* 10% pension contribution
* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
* 12pm finish on a Friday
Your role as an Aircraft Fitter:
* Fit, maintain & repair aircraft engine components to high standards
* Inspect and measure components, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Support continuous improvement initiatives & mentor new team members
Who we’re looking for:
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Hands-on, proactive, flexible, and willing to work across departments
* Experience with high temperature alloys is a bonus
