Mechanical Team Lead

You'll work closely with an experienced Electrical Lead and manage a capable group including mechanics, apprentices and a chargehand. What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a mechanical maintenance team
Driving machine uptime, reliability and maintenance quality
Owning all planning & scheduling activities
Coaching, mentoring and building a high‑performance culture
Elevating safety, hygiene and compliance across your area
