Are you a compassionate and dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in Thatcham?

A supportive and inclusive SEN School in Thatcham is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will support pupils with complex and multiple learning needs, helping them access learning and develop essential life skills in a nurturing and structured setting.
You will work with students who may have a range of additional needs including PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities, sensory needs, and medical needs, providing personalised support both inside and outside of the classroom.
You will work alongside a team of experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff who are passionate about providing inclusive education and ensuring every pupil receives the care and support they need.
This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role will involve:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and learning activities
* Helping create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
* ASAP start
* Thatcham location
