Academics Ltd are seeking a kind, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistant to join our friendly nursery in the Wirral area. This role involves supporting the development, well-being, and daily routines of children in our nursery setting, and playing an active role in the life of the nursery.
The successful application will work with children individually and in small groups, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

We're looking for someone who:
Has experience of working with young children in an early years environment.
Can work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
Is patient, caring, and confident in providing emotional and physical support.
Can help deliver a stimulating early years curriculum and contribute to planning activities.
Supports the individual needs of each child, helping them feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
