The role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive studio environment on a varied portfolio of projects, primarily within the residential, education and heritage sectors.

Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities
Assisting with tender and construction stage delivery
Supporting site inspections and responding to technical or contractor queries where required
Ensuring work is delivered to agreed quality standards and programme requirements
     Requirements:

RIBA Part 2 qualified (or equivalent), or recently qualified Part 3
Around 2–3 years’ post Part 2 experience within a UK architectural practice, or 1 year post Part 3
Experience working on residential, education and/or heritage projects preferred
Strong design and technical ability with good attention to detail
Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach

    Proficient in AutoCAD
    Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of SketchUp or similar visualisation tools
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional practice offering flexible working, competitive benefits and a supportive team environment. The role offers strong project exposure and the potential for contract extension, alongside ongoing professional development and career progression
