We're currently partnering with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an exciting opportunity based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities
š¹ Manage contract administration, risk management, and commercial negotiations
š¹ Ensure commercial compliance across contracts to protect the organisation's position
š¹ Liaise with system subcontractors and advise on contractual matters
š¹ Support the Commercial Manager with subcontract status reporting
š¹ Assist with pricing variations and cost control across project scopes
š¹ Prepare monthly financial reports and anticipated Final Accounts
š¹ Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and subcontract lifecycle management
š¹ Contribute to monthly project cost and progress reports
What We're Looking For
š BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
š Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 - Option C)
š¤ Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
š Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving ability
š» Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
