Our client is a Civils Contractor who specialise in RC Frame developments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in Walsall.
Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
*
Coordinate/ book all trades
*
Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
*
Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
*
Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
*
Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
*
Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
*
SMSTS & CSCS Card
*
First Aid Certificate
*
Previous RC Frame & Civils experience
