Site Manager – Residential Groundworks | North Lincolnshire

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential groundworks contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee two live residential developments in the North Lincolnshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong order book and long-term projects secured with leading housebuilders.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across two residential groundworks sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across two residential groundworks projects
Coordinate site teams including subcontractors, plant, and labour
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and site specifications
Maintain high health & safety standards on site
Liaise with clients, engineers, and commercial teams
Monitor site progress and report updates to senior management
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential groundworks
Strong knowledge of housing development infrastructure and foundations
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet programme deadlines
