Key Requirements
* Proven 3D design experience, ideally delivering HVAC designs on time and to specification
* Experience using Inventor and AutoCAD
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Good time management and organisational ability
* Experience in sheet metal and steelwork design and fabrication
* Awareness of quality and compliance requirements
* Ability to work as part of a team-focused environment
* Flexible approach to support business and project needs
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all designs meet company and statutory standards
* Coordinate the development and delivery of mechanical engineering designs and documentation in line with project programmes
* Identify and communicate engineering risks to the Project Manager
* Provide mechanical engineering support for fabrication, technical assembly, installation, and commissioning
* Produce cost-effective designs while maintaining required quality standards
* Check GA and fabrication drawings prior to issue
* Produce mechanical GA drawings and detailed fabrication drawings
* Prepare supporting documentation including parts lists and flat pack details
* Liaise closely with Project Managers and the wider engineering team to ensure robust and practical designs

£38000.00 - £45000.00 per year
