I'm working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified +) to join its busy and growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ or junior solicitor to build strong technical experience within a supportive environment, handling high-quality work for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and owner-managed businesses.

The Role

You'll be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals

Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, renewals and variations

Advising on landlord and tenant matters

Supporting on development and investment work

Title investigation, due diligence and reporting

Managing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion

Direct client contact and involvement in business development activities

The Ideal Candidate

Newly Qualified solicitor or up to 3-4 years' PQE

Experience in commercial property gained during training or post-qualification

Strong drafting and technical skills

Commercial, client-focused approach

Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision

Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop long-term within a firm
