Large Format Production All Rounder

We are currently working with an established and growing large format print and signage company who deliver a wide range of graphics and visual solutions for businesses across the UK. Their work includes large format graphics, signage and branded displays produced for a variety of commercial environments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Large Format Production All Rounder to join their production team at their site in Watford. This role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of production and is comfortable moving between artwork preparation, printing and finishing.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring jobs move efficiently through the production process, maintaining quality standards while supporting the wider team when required.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and setting up artwork ready for production
Operating large format printers to produce graphics across a range of substrates
Carrying out finishing tasks including laminating, trimming and preparing graphics for installation
Operating digital cutting equipment such as Zund or similar flatbed cutters
Checking work throughout the production process to ensure high quality standards
Working closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are metRequirements

Previous experience working within a large format print or signage production environment
Ability to work across different stages of production including artwork, print and finishing
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Confident working within a fast paced production environment
Good communication and team working skillsSalary in the region of £30k – £35k depending on experience and overall skillset.
