How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Senior / Lead iOS Developer £60,000 - £80,000

    Strong skills in SwiftUI

📍 London or Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office) Roles available at both offices whichever is closest for you.

Are you a Senior Mobile Engineer who enjoys owning work end-to-end - from product idea through to production - rather than just delivering tickets?

We're partnering with a product-led organisation building a shared App Platform that powers multiple consumer applications. They're looking for experienced Senior/ Lead iOS Engineers who care about quality, collaboration, and solving meaningful problems.

You'll join a supportive App Platform team, working closely with Product Managers and fellow Engineers to build, scale, and improve mobile experiences across four apps.

This is a true end-to-end engineering role - ideal for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the chance to mentor others.

    What you'll be doing

Building high-quality mobile features using SwiftUI

Owning work from design through to deployment (full software lifecycle)

Collaborating closely with Product to shape solutions, not just implement them

Working across multiple apps on a shared platform

Contributing to technical direction and best practices

    Coaching and mentoring other engineers

Helping improve CI/CD, deployment, and release processes

Solving real product and technical problems in a collaborative environment

    What they're looking for

Senior-level mobile engineering experience (typically 4+ years)

    Strong skills in SwiftUI

An end-to-end engineering mindset - comfortable owning delivery to production

Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers

Product-focused approach - you enjoy working closely with Product Managers

    Strong problem-solving skills

Confident communicator who works well in cross-functional teams

    Nice to have

Experience working on shared platforms or multiple apps

    Why consider this role?

    Work on meaningful, user-facing products

Real ownership from idea to live deployment

    Strong product-engineering collaboration

    Opportunity to influence platform direction

Supportive culture focused on learning and quality

Hybrid working (2 days a week)
