The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school team from April 2026. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans, support pupils’ social and emotional development, and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
