M&E Building Services Manager

Our client are a reputable main contractor that work on complex refurbishment and fit out projects in healthcare and commercial sectors.  They have an exciting opportunity for a M&E Building Services Manager to join their team!

Mechanical bias is preferable but not essential.
Passionate and proactive.Duties will include:
Supporting sales team with technical solutions during the tender stage of a project.
Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.
Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.
Managing risks on each project.
