HGV Mechanic – Permanent Role (Lancaster Area)
Our client, a well-established transport business in the Lancaster area, is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for stability and long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out daily servicing and maintenance on HGVs
* Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections
* Replacing brakes, clutches, and suspension components
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic / Technician
* Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and repairs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
