🔧 Key Responsibilities

MIG welding of structural steel beams, end‑plates, and associated components.
*
Using solid wire MIG in the down‑hand position.
*
Completing 10mm T‑joint multi‑run fillet welds, including controlled start/stop techniques.
*
Working accurately from engineering drawings and welding specifications.
*
Ensuring all welds meet required quality, safety, and compliance standards.
🧰 Requirements

Proven experience in structural MIG welding, ideally within a fabrication workshop environment.
*
Ability to produce a high‑standard 10mm multi‑run T‑joint fillet weld.
*
Must successfully pass a trade test prior to starting.
*
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, high‑quality workmanship.
*

⏱ Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 07:45 – 16:45
*
Friday: 07:45 – 12:45
*
Overtime available after 39 hours at an enhanced rate.
