How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Consultant – Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join a high-performing team based in Ireland, working in the Financial Sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful, technology-led transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of strategic technology programmes, working alongside cross-functional teams across areas such as Payments, Banking & Credit, DigitalChannels, and Finance. You will engage regularly with clients to understand their challenges and translate business needs into effective digital and technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

You will play a key role in capturing, analysing, and prioritising change requirements, including epics and user stories, while producing high-quality documentation such as processmaps, functional specifications, and business cases. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with organisational goals.

The role also involves supporting testing, deployment, and release activities, ensuring delivery standards are met. In addition, you will contribute to technology assessments, strategy development, and solution implementation, while supporting business development initiatives including proposal writing and client relationship management.

This position would suit a candidate with around 3 years experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, or IT advisory roles. Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Temenos, nCino, Finacle, Finastra, FIS, Dovetail, Algo Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous.

You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory standards, strategic frameworks, and delivery tools will also be beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation, working on high-impact client projects with a clear path for career progression and professional development. Due to the client-facing nature of the role, hybrid working is offered
