    Site Manager
    Newcastle (North East)
    Permanent - Full Time | 45 Hours per Week
    £45,000 - 55,000 per annum plus package

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading specialist contractor delivering structural repair and strengthening solutions across the UK. Based in Newcastle, this role will support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across the North East, working on a diverse range of civil engineering schemes.

    You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position involves overseeing site activities, maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements, and working closely with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

    About the role
    - Support the successful delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering projects
    - Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
    - Coordinate site activities and manage programme delivery
    - Prepare and implement Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
    - Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
    - Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements

    About you
    - Background in Civil Engineering
    - Experience delivering infrastructure or civil engineering projects
    - Strong organisational and leadership skills
    - Ability to produce Work Package Plans and safe systems of work
    - Good understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards
    - SMSTS certification
    - Degree (or equivalent) in a Civil Engineering related discipline preferred
