    Automotive Technical Trainer
    Location: South Birmingham / Bromsgrove area
    Salary: Competitive salary (£40,000 – £45,000) + Employee Car Scheme + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
    Integral HR is recruiting for an Automotive Technical Trainer opportunity with a well-established automotive organisation based in South Birmingham.
    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with direct automotive technical training experience who want to join a manufacturer-led environment focused on raising technical capability across an established and professional dealer network.
    You will play a key role in delivering technical training to automotive technicians, supporting the rollout of new technologies, and helping ensure high standards across diagnostic, repair and aftersales functions.
    The Role
    *
    Deliver automotive technical training to technicians who operate within a dealer and aftersales environment
    *
    Support the rollout of training linked to new vehicle technology, systems, product updates and technical procedures
    *
    Help improve technician competence, confidence and consistency across workshop operations
    *
    Translate technical information into clear, practical training that can be applied in a real workshop setting
    *
    Contribute to the ongoing development of technical knowledge and service standards across the network
    Candidate Profile
    We are especially interested in candidates with:
    *
    A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the automotive industry
    *
    Direct automotive technical training experience
    *
    Strong technical credibility preferably gained within a manufacturer, dealership, workshop or aftersales environment, though other automotive related environments will be considered
    *
    The ability to communicate technical information clearly to technician audiences
    *
    A practical understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics and repair processes
    Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
    *
    Automotive Technical Trainer
    *
    Automotive Trainer
    *
    Master Technician
    *
    Diagnostic Technician
    *
    Technical Support Specialist
    *
    Aftersales Training professional
    Location
    Candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of South Birmingham, with those based within approximately 20–30 miles of Bromsgrove particularly well suited.
