Steelo LTD is a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Hounslow, West London.
Due to our continuous company growth, we're currently seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our dynamic and expanding team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, development opportunities, and a chance to be part of something exciting.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in structural steel fabrication or similar industrial environments – essential
• Ability to read technical drawings - preferred
• CNC machine operation experience - essential
• Full UK driving licence (Category B) – a big advantage but not a must
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player attitude with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working hours between 6AM to 8PM - 2 shifts rota - 6AM-2:30PM / 11:30AM-8PM
