We are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled plumber to join our social housing maintenance team. This isn't just a "leaks and pipes" job—you’ll be responsible for full bathroom rip-outs and installs within occupied homes.
The Role:
* Full bathroom refurbishments (rip-out to completion).
* Working in occupied social housing; maintaining a clean, professional, and respectful presence is a must.
* Delivering high-quality finishes within set timeframes.
What You Need:
* Experience: Proven track record in full bathroom fitting.
* Tools & Transport: You must have your own professional tools and a reliable vehicle.
* Skills: Multi-trade capability (tiling/carpentry basics) is a huge plus.
* Attitude: Punctual, tidy, and comfortable communicating with residents.
Pay & Benefits:
* Rate: Competitive CIS rates .
* Hours: Standard site hours with an immediate start available.
* Stability: While this starts as a 5-6 week contract, there is a strong possibility of long-term extension for the right person
