Available Shifts (Non‑Rotating)
Choose a stable shift that suits your lifestyle:
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr
or Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr
Full‑time, 5 days a week.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for:
Experienced Senior Operators
Operators with several years' experience who have supported a team, overseen a line, or carried out informal supervisory duties
Individuals who have acted as go‑to people on shift and are ready to move into a formal leadership role
Candidates who enjoy being hands‑on and leading by example on the shop floorIf you've ever been a senior operator, production operator for many years , Line Leader, Cell Leader, or stepped in to guide others - this is your chance to progress.
We want people with:
Experience supervising or supporting staff on the line
A background in fast‑paced manufacturing or production
Confidence in coaching others and helping solve day‑to‑day issues
A strong sense of responsibility and pride in team performance

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Operator you'll:
Lead and support your team to achieve production plans, KPIs, and quality targets
Oversee daily assembly line operations
Coach team members, develop their skills, and support RTW processes
Use OEE data and structured problem‑solving to reduce downtime and improve output
Drive Lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement activities
Maintain quality compliance, complete documentation, and carry out investigations
Assist with wider business projects and provide hands‑on support when needed
