    Job description

    Compliance Coordinator

    Location: On‑Site in Birmingham (Client Contract)
    Company: CBRE Global Workplace Solutions

    We're looking for a highly organised Compliance Coordinator to support compliance activities across a major client site. You'll ensure maintenance activities, documentation, and CAFM system records are accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with legal and contractual requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain and update the CAFM system, including PPM schedules and documentation
    Coordinate planned maintenance with internal teams and external contractors
    Review RAMS, post‑work documentation, and escalate non‑conformance
    Manage the FM compliance inbox and support reporting activities
    Maintain e‑logbooks and compliance trackers
    Support risk register updates and overall compliance processes

    What You'll Bring

    Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    Experience with CAFM systems (essential)
    Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
    Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work proactively
    Experience in facilities management or a similar environment
