With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients’ portfolio specialises in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, working with major clients, and they are ideally looking for someone to join their Data Centre team, with a strong desire to one day grow into a Data Centre Project Lead role.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information across multiple project stages.
Develop and coordinate technical design packages using Revit.
Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to support successful project delivery.
Attend site visits and assist with inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.
Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Qualifications required for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:
HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.
CIAT accreditation or working towards (desirable).
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience within an architectural practice.
Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
Good technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
