Are you an experienced Cable Harness or Electronic Assembly Technician looking to join a small, friendly, and growing company where quality workmanship truly matters? You'll be joining a small business of around 12 people, including a hands-on workshop team of four. The Role
As an Electronic Assembly Technician, you will:
Assemble and inspect cable harnesses and electronic products to high standards of accuracy.
Carry out precise soldering and tinning work, including joining cables and soldering components onto PCBs.
Use hand crimping tools and a variety of workshop equipment to complete detailed finishing work.
Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions carefully, maintaining documentation as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company's commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience in cable harness or electronic assembly, ideally within a high-reliability or regulated industry.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Confidence in soldering and crimping to fine tolerances.
A proactive, quality-focused mindset and pride in your craftsmanship.
Own transport, as public transport links to the site are limited.Hours and Pay
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no shifts or weekends)
