DC Personnel are recruiting an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to take charge of a late-shift team in a busy sheet metal workshop.

What You’ll Do:
•Supervise and support the fabrication team on the late shift
•Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all work
•Solve challenges and improve processes using your fabrication knowledge
•Train, motivate, and guide the team to hit targets
Requirements:
•Proven Fabrication Supervisor experience
•Sheet metal industry background
•Strong knowledge of materials and fabrication processes
•Leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality
•Ability to make independent decisions under pressure
Hours: Monday – Thursday 2pm–12am | Friday: OFF
