THE ROLE:
* Set up and operate production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
* Monitor machinery performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production.
* Follow safety and quality standards during all operations.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
* Participate in training to advance knowledge and skills in machine operation.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Previous experience in production or machine operating is essential.
* Familiarity with computerized controls and machinery.
* Ability to work both day and night shifts (12-hour rotating shifts) including Saturday days and Sunday nights.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
THE HOURS AND BENEFITS:
* Rotating 12-hour shifts, with a maximum of 4 shifts per week.
* Shift patterns may include daytime and nighttime work, particularly on weekends.
* During quieter periods, substantial time off between shifts will be available, while maintaining a full-time salary through annualised hours.
* Pay rate of £12.21 per hour for day shifts, with a 10% premium for night shifts.
* Overtime opportunities available during busy periods.
* Full-time annual salary with payment stability after 12 weeks of weekly pay through the agency.
