How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Account Manager – Print (Large Format & Signage)
    Kent (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
    Circa £38,000 25 days holiday

    Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in print management? Do you have knowledge of large format graphics and signage and enjoy managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment?

    We’re working with an established and growing print management business with over 20 years of industry success. The company supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including charities, financial organisations, and events companies, providing solutions across traditional print, marketing collateral, corporate print, promotional merchandise, and direct and transactional mail.

    Due to increasing demand for large format printed graphics and signage, the business is looking to add a proactive Account Manager to its friendly and collaborative Client Services team.

    The Role

    As an Account Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage production, procurement, and stock requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage client accounts and build strong long-term relationships
    Coordinate projects involving large format graphics and signage
    Oversee print procurement, production and stock management
    Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
    Liaise with suppliers, production teams and logistics partners
    Ensure all work is delivered accurately, on time and within budget 

    To succeed in this role, you will:

    Have experience working in a print management or print production environment
    Possess a good understanding of large format print and signage
    Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
    Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
    Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
    Be a team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
