    As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Customer Excellence Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract from April 2026 to September 2026.

    The Role

    As a Customer Excellence Co-ordinator, you will proactively respond to customer enquiries or queries.

    Specifically, you will support customers with requests relating to Technical Awards, Customised Provision, Qualification or NHSS certificate and card claims for the Lantra Provider network.

    You will also respond to enquiries from employers and learners regarding our products to agreed expectations.

    About You

    To be considered as a Customer Excellence Co-ordinator, you will need:

    - Experience of working in a tele-customer service environment
    - Confident phone contact handling and active listening skills
    - Customer awareness and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
    - The ability to own a query and ensure it is seen through to conclusion
    - The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
    - Good Microsoft Office skills
    - Good written and oral communication skills
    - A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
